Buddhibox June 2015 Review + Coupon

Disclosure: I received this box for review purposes.

Buddhibox June 2015 Review

Buddhibox June 2015 Review

BuddhiBox is a green/eco-friendly subscription especially for people who love yoga.  Boxes are $30.95/ month and are filled with 4-6 deluxe and full size yoga and healthy lifestyle products. I actually don't normally do yoga, but I really enjoy BuddhiBox and I have used every box they have sent. Most of the items you will find in the box are organic and vegetarian.  BuddhiBox also gives back to a charity each month.

The Details:

Cost: $30.95/month, $27.95/month for 6 months, $25.95/month for 12 months.

Coupon: Use the code buddhifriend to save $3.00 off your month to month subscription plan.

What's in the box? BuddiBox ships you a curated box of 4-6 products that enhance your yoga practice and lifestyle. BuddhiBox practices Saucha or pure living.
We only partner with businesses that follow ethical and conscious standards of production. Most of the items we feature are organic and vegetarian.

When does the box ship?  10th of the month.

041

Buddhibox ships by USPS and comes in a little brown box.

042

The actual box is made of thinner cardboard and it has the Buddhibox logo on top.

First Look:  The information card on top has the quote “Healthy plants and trees yield abundant flowers and fruits.  Similarly, from a healthy person, smiles and happiness shine forth like the rays of the sun” – B.K Slyengar

076

The back of the information card has a list of everything in the box, the retail value, and a description.

073

There was a recipe for Chinese Orange Cauliflower, which looks amazing.

The featured yoga pose this month is “Cobra Pose”.  Buddhibox breaks down each yoga pose, so even people new to yoga can do it.  I am not very flexible and I can do the Copra.

Real Beauty For a Cause Detox Face Mask + Peppermint Toner Tab $17.50  Buddhibox included a two-part skin care routine.  I actually missed the instructions for the toner tab at first, it was in small print on the bottle.  First, you use the toner tab by dropping it in water, letting it dissolve and putting your face over the bowl.  It's important to put a towel over your head, to let the steam open your pores.  After the toner, save the water and move on to the mask.  You mix water with the Detox Mask leave it on for 20 minutes and it will wash away impurities.  To finish your routine, use the water from the toner to leave your skin looking fresh.

Foursee Apparel – Yoga Sugarskull Cotton Tote $10.00 I have received several totes in subscription boxes and I am always happy to receive them.  I love the skull on this tote and I am keeping this one in the car for spur of the moment picnics and trips to the library.

062

Vigilant Eats Superfood Cereal: $8.00 ($4.00 each): This gluten-free, vegan, non gmo kosher cereal packs nutrition and great tasting cereal.  Buddhibox sent Rosemary Thyme Sweet Potato and Coconut Maple Vanilla.  Both cereals contain coconut, so I am passing these onto my dad, he gets all my coconut treats.

Indo-Love Jewelry – Namaste Bracelet $20.00  Namaste means “I bow to the divine in you”, which is a reminder that everyone is connected.  I like the stamped “Namaste” on the bracelet and it's adjustable.

This is how the bracelet looks on.

078

There were several coupons and offers in the box.

Grokker – 30 Day Pass: $30.00 This offer gets you a 30 days of premium yoga content.

Kalika Fortin Music – Flowers for Kali Album Download $10.00 This is a premium song download from a new album Flowers for Kali.

090

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $76.49, $51.50 if you don't count the digital content.  Buddhibox never fails to deliver great boxes that will appeal to a broad range of people.  I love the tote bag, skin care items and bracelet the most.  I am going to try to do 30 days of yoga and see if I am able to do it!  If you want to try BuddhiBox, click HERE and use the code yogaeverydamnday to save 10% on your subscription.  If that expires, you can use the code buddhifriend to save $3.00 off your month to month subscription plan.
