For those new to wet shaving, Wet Shave Club includes a information card on how to shave.

Here is what the directions look like.  The best time to shave, is right out of the shower.

028There was also a membership card, to show you are a member of Wet Shave Club

021Razor: Your first box includes a razor.  This is a really nice old school style razors.  This razor has a nice heavy weight and seems to be of high quality.

The Legends London This is after shave astringent in a little matchbook

There are 20 match heads to use on nicks and irritation to help sooth skin.

Red Leaf Men's Soap & Shave $4.00  There were two soaps included in the box: English Coast and Oatmeal Milk and Honey.  C thought both smelled good but preferred English Coast.

Shaving Brush:  Also included was a brush to apply the lather to your face.  This item is included in your first box.

Whiskey Ink & Lace Cedar Aftershave lotion This is use to sooth your face after shaving. The lotion is very soothing to a face that was just shaved. The scent is very woodsy and pleasant.

7 O'clock SharpEdge Double Edge Safety Razor Blade: This is a box of 5 blades, for use in your razor.

Gillette Double edge Razor blade – This is another box of 5 blades for your razor.

Final Thought:  It was hard to do an individual cost breakdown for this box.  I thought this was a very nice box for men who like to wet shave, or men who would like to try it.  The razor is a very nice high quality razor.  My husband normally uses an electric razor, but tried this box out.  He liked the razor and the blades and got a nice smooth shave.  He wasn't as impressed with the brush, as the bristles didn't stay together as well.  C said he wouldn't do this every day, but it would be nice for special occasions.  I personally liked that he got a much smoother shave, than with an electric razor.  This box seems a bit high, but if you are looking for a nice subscription box for wet shaving, check out Wet Shave Club HERE.    This would be a nice subscription for men, who like to take a few extra minutes on their grooming.
