This is technically my husband's subscription, but I secretly love it too.  I couldn't wait for this month's box, because I am a HUGE Star Wars fan.  My box was a little banged up this month.  If you are reading this USPS, please be nice to my box.

First Look: I couldn't wait to dive in!

201

The theme for this month was “Galactic”.  The Loot Crate magazine with interesting articles.  You can also share you unboxing and win the MEGA crate filled with great Loot.

192

Star Trek Tibble Exclusive Looter Edition $9.95 This is an exclusive Loot Crate version, so the value is probably higher for this.  I love the “Trouble with Tribbles” episode from Star Trek.  If you don't know about tribbles, they are tiny l

191

Funko Alien Re-Action Figure $10.95 I love the movie Alien and remember watching it growing up.  I didn't realize Tom Skerritt played Dallas.  I didn't pay attention to actors and actresses as a kid.

198

Firefly Vinyl “Mal” Exclusive Action Figure $5.99  This is another exclusive piece, so as always, value may be higher.  THis is Malcom Reynolds, Captain of the Serenity.  This is from a very popular tv show.  My husband and I haven't watch Firefly, but I am going to add it to my Netflix playlist and check it out.

197

Pop Rocks .50:  Pop Rocks are a perfect addition to the “Galactic” theme.  Have you ever tried them with soda?  While the urban legand is false, soda makes the popping action more intense.

Star Wars Exclusive Retro Arcade Magnet $1.00 est:  This is an awesome magnet that takes me back to playing my Atari.  Good Times!

196

Dark Horse Comics Halo Escalation Bonus Digital Loot: $11.97 ($3.99 each)  This is the first three comics of the Halo Escalation Series.  My husband can't wait to get this game.

194

FireFly Bank Robbery Money $10.00 est:  This is part of an set, so I did an estimate on the value.  The next time you are traveling around in Firefly's Union of Allied Planets and needs supplies, this is $10,000.  Honestly I am not sure what to do with this, my oldest son will probably enjoy this.

204

Star Wars Poster 9 x 27″:  Ah! I love Star Wars and this is going in our movie area.  This is Han Solo frozen in Carbonite.

205

Button:  There is always an exclusive button to go with the theme.

202

Fall into Savings: Starting the first week of October, Loot Crate will be emailing Looters exclusive codes to save on various goodies.  My husband wants the Gunnar gaming glasses.

190

I love how Loot Crate is doing artwork inside the boxes.  This month, the inside of the box is the Serenity ship from Firefly.  If you notice, R2D2 is hiding aboard.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $50.36, which doesn't include the poster or a higher value for the exclusive items.  This was a great box.  The Star Wars, Star Trek and Alien items were awesome.  I loved the tribble the most.  I remember watching Star Trek and really wanting one.  My husband loves the Halo  Escalation Content.  If you want to try Loot Crate click HERE and use the coupon subscriptionboxmom to save 10%.
