Max Packs includes an introduction card, a membership card and stickers.  You put stickers on the foods you want your child to eat.  This is a great way to give your child some independence in picking a snack.

The snack this month was a garden snack.  Your child makes a dip of geek yogurt, mustard, dill, and parsley and put it in the paper cup and into the bucket.  There was also a little coloring book to teach your child about veggies.  I love the nutritional part of this box.  My almost 5 year old loves to cook.  I love to help L learn new things with cooking.  It is a great way to introduce reading and math concepts.

The craft is to make a butterfly.  Max Packs include everything you need.

Since this box was a garden theme,  My Max Pack includes a tomato plan to grow.  We have grown mini tomatoes, and L loves it.

My Max Packs include a fun game.  You cut out the figures, make the spinner and go around the board.

There are also two weekly charts.  Your child can chart their eating habits.  I am going to use these to make weekly menus with L.

FInal Thought:  My Max Pack has a great box.  There are many boxes for children, but there are not really any boxes that focus on nutrition, until now!  Max Packs makes nutrition and eating well fun.  There are activities, recipes and ideas to teach your child.  If you are interested in trying My Max Pack, click HERE.
