Lunch Balancer Review

Lunch Balancer Review

Lunch Balancer is a new subscription box by Dr Gabe Smolarz.  Dr Gabe Smolarz is an endocrinologist specializing in diabetes.  Lunch Balancer is neither a diet program nor medical food. Lunch Balancer was created to introduce people to healthy, convenient foods that when eaten together in physician and nutritionist approved menus create delicious, nutritionally-balanced, high-protein, low-carbohydrate meals. Part of their mission is to educate consumers on how to eat healthy.

Every month you will get five healthy meals that are high in protein and low in carbohydrates.  Each meal has been approved by Dr Gabe Smolarz and a nutritionist.  Each meal has the appropriate balance to give your body the food it needs.  I struggle with eating healthy, with my busy schedule.  I was excited to try Lunch Balancer, because I would love an easier way to eat healthier.

The Details:

Cost: $49.95/mo, $143.85/3 months, $296.70/6 months, $479.40/12 months
