Happy Dog Box is a dog subscription box. Every month they will surprise you with the most amazing hand-selected, all natural dog treats, toys and other super cool dog products. Each box is filled with 4-6 healthy, gourmet dog treats, toys and other products conveniently delivered to your door. When you sign up, you let Happy Dog Box know the size of your dog, and you will get a box customized to your dog's size. Happy Dog Box is offering a 1 FREE MONTH when you purchase a 3 month subscription ($75.00 for 3 months).
The Details
Cost: 1 Month – $25.00, 3 months – $25.00 ($25.00'/mo), 6 months- $126.00 ($21.00/mo)
Plans: You choose between Small (0-20lbs), Medium (21-50 lbs), Larget (51 lbs +)
What's in the box? Each box is filled with 4-6 healthy, gourmet dog treats, toys and other products conveniently delivered to your door.
When will I get my box? Your first box will ship within a week of your order and arrive 2-7 business days after that. Each month thereafter, your box of goodies will ship on the 23rd of every month and arrive within a week.
When am I billed? Your card is charged at the time of the first purchase. Subscriptions renew on the 7th of every month after that. If the 7th is coming up and you still haven't gotten your first box, don't worry about it – they won't bill you again until next month. They guarantee you at least three days from the USPS delivery for you and your pup to try out your new box.
For pre-paid subscription packages (3-, 6-month and gift subscriptions), they charge your card for the full amount at the time of purchase. Subscription packages will automatically renew once the initial pre-paid package is completed. The renewal billings will happen the on the 7th of the month. Gift subscriptions (purchased through “Giftâ€) do not automatically renew.
How do I cancel? You can cancel by emailing [email protected] or by calling (888) 364-8654. Be sure to cancel before the 7th of the month (11:59pm Pacific on the 6th), before we begin our monthly billing cycle and start prepping your next box for shipment.
