Popsugar February 2014 Review and Discount
Popsugar Must Have Box is my favorite box I get for myself. It is always worth over $100.00 and it is filled with all the must have items from food, to home, to fashion and more. One of the things I like about Popsugar, is even if I don’t love everything in a box, I always get my money’s worth. Popsugar Must Have box is $39.99 a month, but you can use the code BOX10 to save $10.00 on your first month.
Last month’s Popsugar was just okay for me, so I was excited to see what this month would bring.
Popsugar has my favorite information cards. I like the accordion fold out style. They also include a picture and description of each item.
The Gorjana Brooks Jewelry Roll $45.00 I actually don’t have a jewelry roll or anything to use to take my jewelry when I travel. I don’t wear much jewelry, so I generally don’t bother. This is a great little organizer and now I can take a few pieces of jewelry with me on vacation. There was also a $25.00 gift card for Gorjana included in the box.
This is the inside. It has three zippers and the leather inside keeps necklaces from sliding around. The hardware is 18k gold too, FANCY!
Nourish Organic Argan Face Serum $23.99: From Nourish Organic: This highly concentrated face treatment is designed to deeply hydrate and reveal smoother, softer and more supple skin with improved tone. Moroccan Argan oil, packed with restorative omega fatty acids, intensely hydrates and replenishes. Apricot kernel oil moisturizes and softens skin while helping retain clarity. Rosehip oil smoothes skin texture and helps even out tone. Fragrance-Free. Alcohol-Free. Gluten-Free. Vegan.
I tried this out but it felt a bit greasy to me and thick on my face. It smells nice, but I am not a big fan of this. I may give this to my mom. She likes more face serums and things. I am a basic Oil of Olay girl.
NCLA Rodeo Drive Royalty Nail Polish $16.00: This is a great color and it dries super fast! This is 100% free of DBP, toulene, and formaldehyde, but also of camphor and animal testing. You can look good and feel good about yourself at the same time!
Model Co Lip Pops Duo Lip Gloss and Lipstick $16.00: Golly I love gloss. I recently went on a plane and my “liquid bag” had 5 items and 3 were gloss. This is a great gloss, as it has a lipstick and and sparkly top gloss. The lipstick is very moisturizing and goes on smoothly. The gloss felt great on!
K Hall Designs Peony Travel Candle $11.00: I love candles and Peony is one of my favorite scents. I love this candle. It says it’s a travel candle but I have never took a candle traveling. Have you ever took a candle traveling? The only traveling this candle will do, it around my house. I love with 3 boys (1 hubby and 2 kids) and they can be stinky.
Sugarwish Candy $6.25: These normally are sold in a pack of 4 1/4lbs bags for $25.00. I love red hots and a great way to have a little taste of hot and sweet, without tons of calories. There is also a code for 20% off a sugarwish.
Dial Vitamin Boost Body Wash $3.00: Okay, this smells really good, but I usually use Oil of Olay body wash. I also coupon and haven’t spent over $1.00 on thing of body wash in a few years. C may use this, as it has a fresh scent. This seems very out of place in Popsugar. Dial doesn’t scream must have to me. Luckily this is a bonus item. This is useful, but not very exciting.
FInal Thought: The total value of this box is $121.24. I love love love the lip gloss, candle, nail polish, jewelry holder and candy. The serum wasn’t a hit with me. The Dial body wash is a weird choice, but It will be used. Overall, I think this was a great box with a great value. One of the things I love about Popsugar, is they pack it full of lots of items. Even if you don’t like something, there is plenty other things to choose from. You can save $10.00 by using the code BOX10. Just click HERE to get Popsugar.
