Julep February 2014 The Dramatic Collection-Full Collection-Free Box and Coupons
This month’s Julep Maven Collection was called the Dramatic Collection. I fell in love with the entire collection, so I splurged and got the whole box. Julep featured new eye shimmers this month, along with a gel eyeliner and application brush. I have never bought an entire Julep collection, so I was thrilled to see everything. If you are interested in trying Julep, you can click HERE and get a starter box for $3.99. Note: Julep is $19.99 a month and each month you pick between 5 style profiles, to pick the box you want. Julep included a card on how to apply the eye shimmers. There was also a code to get polished 2 for 1. Click HERE and use the code BEMINE to get polishes buy 1 get 1 free. This is a one per customer. This month’s quote is “If you ask me what I came into this world to do, I will tell yoy…I CAME TO LIVE OUT LOUD.” Emile Zola.
I love the stardust finish of Cameron and the microshimmer of Kristen. I am not to wild about Rooney, so I may trade it.
I love all three of these. I really want to paint my nails one of each color. I think Octavia, Greta and Judi look so good together.
These colors are curated and named for Jay-Z’s . Glam Roc and Roc Solid are my favorites.
Deep Bronze Eye Shimmer
Dusty Taupe Eye Shimmer
Pale Nude Eye Shimmer
Warm Fig Eye Shimmer
Shader: This versatile brush features fine, soft, synthetic bristles that allow for smooth, controlled application and flawless blending.
I love the shimmers. They come in a tiny tub, but a little goes a long way. They go on very wet but dry fast. They have a nice pigment and I only had to do one swipe.
Jet Black Ink Gel Eyeliner: A creamy jet-black eyeliner packed with encapsulated pigments that deliver intense lines with a silky-smooth, smudge-proof finish.
Angled Liner: A precision brush with angled synthetic bristles designed to deposit color close to the lash line.
I thought I would make a huge mess with this, but it went on so easy. I have never used gel eyeliner, or used a brush to apply it. The brush is firm and doesn’t give when you apply it. The eyeliner is a firm gel, so you don’t get a huge clump on your brush. This is my new go-to eyeliner.
Love-Bombshell: This was a special nail polish that everyone got this month. It has flecks of pink and red in it and I love it.
I loved this month’s collection and am very happy I upgraded. What box did you get? What did you think of this month’s collection?
