My 4 year old's box came in a much bigger box than normal.  I am always excited to get a big box.

I was surprised when I opened the box, that there was not any yellow tissue paper.  i am guessing there was only one size and it didn't fit this bigger box.

Information Card

Information Card

Citrus Lane includes an information card with all the products.  There are usually several discount codes, if you want to buy more products from the manufacturer.  There are also two letters at the top you can cut out, and teach your child.

PlanToys Plan Preschool Tie-Up Shoe

PlanToys Plan Preschool Tie-Up Shoe

PlanToys Plan Preschool Tie-Up Shoe $9.54  This is a nice wooden shoe that helps your child learn to tie their shoes.  Many shoes have Velcro now, but learning to tie your shoes, is an important skill to learn.  L was really excited to play with this.  He asked me to teach him to tie, as soon as I gave him the toy.   I love seeing my children excited to learn something.

Skip through the Seasons

Skip through the Seasons

Skip through the Seasons by Barefoot Books $6.64 This is cute story about the seasons/months of the year with a seek and find activity build in.  There are words at the bottom of each page, and your child finds the picture in the story.  I was a bit surprised with January.  One of the words is pipe, and there is a man smoking a pipe ice skating.  The book is published in 2004, so I was surprised that was in there.  My son asked me what a pipe was and why the man had smoke coming out of his mouth.  I turned it into a learning moment, but I wish the pipe hadn't been included in the book.

Here is a picture of the man with the pipe.  I don't think it would have bothered me, if it was a classic piece of literature, from years ago.  I am surprised that a book published in 2004, would have this.

Skip Hop Storage Box

Skip Hop Storage Box

Skip Hop Storage Box $14.99  I am a big fan of Skip Hop and we need more storage.  Citrus Lane email many subscribers and let them pick which storage bin they wanted this month.  My subscription had run out, so I quickly resubscribed, but I didn't get to pick mine.  L loves the dog and there are toys in it already.

Juice Beauty Green Apple Age Defy Hand Cream

Juice Beauty Green Apple Age Defy Hand Cream $12.00:  Reduce fine lines and wrinkles with this rich moisturizer packed with soothing aloe, jojoba and shea butters. Powerful age-defying Vitamin C will minimize fine lines while organic fruit acids diminish hyperpigmentation and peptides firm.  i am not sure about the age defying aspect but this smells amazing and makes my hands soft.  This is perfect for my purse.  I usually have a huge container of hand cream from Bath and Body.  I am glad to get something smaller that I love.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $43.17.  This is not as big of a value as my 23 month old's box, but I really liked it.  Other than that pipe in the book, I don't have any complaints about this box.  My 4 year old loves Citrus Lane and is always excited to see his box.  There are some great coupons available, but this is a great box even if you pay the full $29.00.  If you want to sign up for Citrus Lane, check out these great deals.
