I enjoy buying products from independent artists.  It is nice to have unique items to have around my house.  I was really excited when Indie Gift Box sent me a box to review.  Indie Gift Box sends handmade and small business items to your door.  Their mission is to help you discover new artistic talent, while helping independent artists, find success.  Indie Gift Box is a unique type of subscription box.  Indie Gift Box doesn't have reoccurring billing.  Each month, Indie Gift Box will post on their blog when the box will come available. How do I buy the box?  Go to http://www.indiegiftbox.com/shopping/, when the boxes go on sale, to buy your box.
This month's theme was “The Sweet Homebody”.  Both the standard and deluxe boxes were the same this month, but the boxes had a deluxe value.
The Box
The box shipped Priority 3 day.  I liked the label was a brown color instead of the normal white.  It seemed a bit artsy.

First Look
I loved the hot pink tissue paper.  The envelope had some coupons and the packing list/information card
Second Look
 This is a beautiful package
Chevron!
I got excited about the chevron.  I could wait to dig in.
Indie Gift Box Packing Slip
This is the information list.  It has all the products, the companies and the retail value listed.  There area also QR codes to link to each website.
Feels Like Home Magnet $6.00
This is a nice magnet and very artsy.  Lexisworks also sent a 20% coupon code for the Etsy shop.
All You Need Is Love print $6.00
This is handmade in the UK.  I linked it to a product in the company's Etsy shop, but this one is smaller.  The $6.00 value appears accurate.  I love the Beatles reference.  I will put this on my desk.
White Peach Pottery Spoons  $10.00
I love these spoons.  These are handmade out of ceramic and are so well made.  They would be cute as a decoration in the kitchen, or to serve dips/sauces.  These are my favorite items.
Thank You Card from Original Greetings by Sarah $3.00
I always have thank you cards at home.  I am a believer of the written sentiment, and in this technological time, I don't think there is a replacement for a hand written card.
Chevron Pillow Cover by Pillow Talk Girls $12.00
I love chevron and this will go great in my black and white bedroom.  I want to order some more pillow case covers.
Travel Candle (Anne of Green Gables) by Peripeti Home $4.00
Wow!  This candle smells amazing.  It smells like gardenia, roses and maybe some honeysuckle.  I love the scent.
Coupons!
Indie Gift Box included a 30% off coupon to Chin Up Prints, a 25% off coupon for G.E.A.R by Re-Invention, and a $30.00 off furniture or 25% coupon code for decor at Wyldwood Home.  They have some really neat tree stump side tables.  There was also a card from www.peaceloveswap.com.  It is on online website to swap gently used baby, kid and maternity items.
Whole Box

Final Thought: The total value for the products in this box was $41.00.  In addition, there were also some high value coupons in the box too!  My favorite items were the ceramic spoons and the candle.  The box is only $25.00 plus $5.50 shipping, so this box is worth the cost. I really enjoyed the unique items in the box.  If you are looking to support local artists, small businesses and get unique items, check out www.indiegiftbox.com.
