This box is for a 29 month old boy.

001

I had seen many spoilers this month, but I still wasn't exactly sure what would be in T's box.

002

 First Look

016

Citrus Lane always includes an information card with all the products in the box.

015

Care.com bought out Citrus Lane, so there was a couple of ads for that in the box.

012

Green Toys Blue Tea Set: $12.00 There is a tea pot, two cups, and two saucers. I love Green Toys, because everything is made from recycled items.

013

The tea set:  T loved his tea set.  He makes pouring noises with the tea pot and pretends to drink from the cups.  This is a huge hit.

011

Cool It Buddy $3.99 This is a reusable flexible cold pack.  My husband and I use these more than the kids.  These are nice, because they are flexible and can mold around the body part.

010

PetitCollage Alphabet Art $24.00 This is a set of alphabet cards with transportation pictures on them.

017

Here is what the cards look like.  I think these are super cute,  If I had a playroom, I would decorate with them.  I still am thinking of an artistic way to use them.

014

Little Pim: This is a code to get a free video from Little Pim.  We already have a whole Little Pim DVD that is still in plastic.  I am not thrilled with this.  I don't like videos/dvds to teach my kids (my own opinion). I would have preferred a snack, trial lotion or something tangible, rather than a video.  Even a hands on game would have been cool.  I didn't do a value for this, since they don't sell videos individually, but it is $11.35, if you divide out the price of each video on the dvd.

009

Final Thought:  The total value of the box is $40.98 without the download, and $52.33 with the download.  Even without the download, the box had a fantastic value.  The tea set is T's favorite item in the box.  I love the alphabet cards the best, because they are so cute.  Citrus Lane is offering a FREE BOX, just pay shipping.  Click HERE to sign up.   Normally $29.00 a month, new subscribers can get $20.00 off your first month, making it $9.00!  Click HERE and use the code TAKE20OFF.

  1. Jill, August 20, 2014:

I got a similar box for my 3-year-old daughter, though the tea set was pink. Instead of the Cool-it buddy, which we would have used, we got…a shoe horn. Which seems incredibly random and not useful at all! I also wasn’t happy with the LIttle Pim download–I want tangible items. In other boxes, I tend to think of downloads and coupons as extras, not as part of the value. So really, we’ll only use two items in this box. I’m kind of regretting my 6-month sub to CL (even though I got it on a discount).
