First Look

The information booklet gave details about all the items in the boxes, along with all the premium choice options.

Gourmet Dog Cake This is a fancy cake for a dog. It has a spider in a web on top and is huge! The cake was made with flour, honey shortening, vanilla, and yogurt frosting. I am going to share some with Buddy, and give the other part to a friend's dog.

Gourmet Donuts These two donuts have the consistency of cookies, but they are donut treats for dogs. They are made with flour, honey, vegetable oil, vanilla, yogurt frosting, and sugar stars. They are made with all human-grade ingredients

Gourmet Frosted Cookies I loved the smell of these as soon as I opened the package. Many “dog friendly” cookies smell like bacon, but these smell like real cookies. There is a lip cookie with red glitter and a blue guitar cookie.

Buddy loved his cookie. He refused to eat it in front of me and went and burried it in his secret spot for later.

Apple Cinnamon Bites These remind me of my kids' teddy grams but for dogs. They are made with whole wheat flower, corn meal, eggs, apple, corn oil, wheat germ, parsley and cinnamon. These are great snacks to use as a training tool.

Puparillo These are “dog cigars”, made with flour, honey, vegetable oil, vanill and chia seeds. Buddy also enjoyed this treat, but he made sure I couldn't watch him eat it.

BoxDog Dog Nose Balm Since my dog likes to spend much of his time outside, I selected this balm. It goes on your dog's nose to keep your nose's nose moisturized.

Mimi Green Yogi Leash My parents watch my dog from time to time, so I am going to let them keep this leash for their house. It has a metal clip and a thick leash, so I know he won't chew through it.

Final Thought: This box was fantastic. My dog loves treats, so he loved all the sweet treats in the box. The cookies and cake were his favorite items. I love that you can select your premium items, so you can pick what's perfect for your dog. You can try BoxDog, just use this link with the code FALL40 to get 40% off your 1st box.
