BoxyLuxe By Boxycharm September 2019 Review

BOXYCHARM is a beauty subscription box that sends a box of beauty item worth over $100.00, for only $21.00 a month.

Each box contains 4 to 5 full-sized beauty products from well-known, chic, and up-and-coming brands.  BOXYCHARM sends out full-size products, and each box always has a great value.

The new BoxyLuxe is an upgrade to the regular Boxycharm subscriptions. Boxes are $28.99/quarter and come with 11 items. Four of those items will be the featured spoilers from Boxycharm and 7 items will be other beauty products. The value of the BoxyLuxe box will be over $300.00.

Boxyluxe ships in a large black box.

First Look. I received version 5L. My box weighed 3.5 lbs.

The theme for the box was “All Access”.

Violet Voss Essentials Eyeshadow Palette $29.00 I received this palette in my regular Boxycharm box. I have used it a couple of time and I love how they blend. This palette has a nice range of colors that aren't too bold or out there.

Dr. Brandt Hydro Biotic Recovery Sleeping Mask $52.00 I enjoy getting Dr. Brandt in subscription boxes because the products are pricey and I wouldn't buy them otherwise. You apply the mask to clean dry skin before bedtime and just sleep in it.

Hank & Henry Beauty Liquid Liner – Blickity Black $20.00 This liquid liner has a brush tip and is easy to apply. I think this is my first Hank and Henry item, though they have been in pas Boxycharm boxes. The liner is a true black, which I love.

Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick – Rubino $22.00 This liquid lipstick is described as “deep red”. It's not your everyday lipstick color. This would be great for a date night. It dries down nicely, though I haven't had the occasion to do a full day wear test.

tarte cosmetics Park Ave. Princess palette $45.00 I actually received this in the September 2018 Boxyluxe box, so I am disappointed to get it again a year later.  This bronzing and highlighting palette has four bronzers (2 matte 2 shimmers) and 2 highlighters. As I was swatching the colors, it seemed to be familiar.

Sunday Riley Tital Brightening Water Cream $65.00 This has two forms of advanced hyaluronic acid infuse water into the skin. It works to smooth texture, correct discoloration and hydrate skin. It has a value of $65!

Sutra Clipless Curling Iron w/ Cool Tip $65.00 This curling iron is ceramic and can make beach waves, glam curls, soft or tight curls, and ringlets. I don't think this has automatic turnoff, which I don't like. I prefer all my headed hair items to have automatic turnoff.

IGK Mistress Hydrating Balm $29.00 This product is for your hair to smooth and tame hair without weighing it down. This is for dry, coarse, frizzy hair.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $327.00. The box had a phenomenal value and I loved most everything in the box. I wish I hadn't to get a palette I received a year ago, but it's not a bad palette. Boxycharm is only $21/month. Use this link to subscribe to Boxycharm. Once you are subscribed, you can upgrade to Boxyluxe.
