The information guide has a list of all the items in the Citizen and Warrior boxes, so you can choose the box that's right for you.
SKLZ Pro Band – Medium $29.99 This one item is worth more than the cost of the box. You can do upper and lower body workouts with just this band. I have been using it to help with the physical therapy exercises on my shoulder. This is a nice item to have when you go traveling since you don't need to take any other pieces of equipment.
NUVITAL Super Spinach – Peach Mango This supplement can be added to 8-12 oz of water for some natural energy. This helps to increase the Nitric Oxide levels in the body.
Klean Athlete Klean Isolate Dietary Supplement Protein powders are a great way to get a healthy snack that will give you energy. Each packet has 90 calories and 20 grams of protein.
Verb Energy Co Maple Blueberry Caffeinated Energy Bites I am not a fan of granola type bars, but this one is so good. Each bar has about 65 mgs off caffeine. The box came with the following flavors: simply cocoa, salted peanut butter, and maple blueberry. I love all three flavors, especially the maple blueberry.
