Ipsy Glam Bag Plus November 2018 Review

Ipsy Glam Bag Plus is a new subscription from Ipsy. Subscriptions are $25.00/month and contain five full-size makeup items personalized to you. Each box is valued at $120.00 or more. Ipsy Glam Bag Plus also sends a deluxe makeup bag every three months.

Ipsy also has the regular subscription. For $10.00 a month, you get a glam bag full of 4-6 beauty items. Once you get your bag, you can review your items online, and tell Ipsy what you think. When you complete reviews, you earn points, which can be redeemed for special items.

First Look

Tarte Make Every Moment Count Cheek Palette $32.00 This palette has one of the most beautiful packages.

The palette features three blushes: a shimmer and two matte shades. Live is a pinky peach shimmer, learn is a matte nude pink and love is a matte rosy pink. They are made with an Amazonian Clay, which makes the formula very silky. I used the shade “live” today, and it looked great.

Ofra Cosmetics Highlighter in Rodeo Drive $35.00 This highlighter comes in a hard case, so hopefully, if you drop it, the highlighter won't break.

The color is a golden shade, which I didn't think would work with my skin tone. This is a buildable color that gives you a beautiful glow. It looks beautiful on my skin, which was a nice surprise.

SLMISSGLAM Eyeshadow Brush Trio $45.00 This trio contains the P15 eyeshadow brush, P24 eye blending brush, and the P17 eye angled shading brush. I don't ever really use the brushes how they are designed to be used, but it always works. I love the blending brush, because it's smaller than the blending brush I have.

Makeup Geek Foiled Lip Gloss in Set List $12.00 This is a metallic gloss that is in a rose color. I seem to get all nude shades in boxes, so it's great to get a pink color. This applies well and looks beautiful on.

Dr. Brandt Skincare No More Baggage Eye De-Puffing Gel $42.00 Dr. Brandt Skincare makes fantastic products. I love this product. This works to decrease bags, puffiness, and dark circles. I received very few hours of sleep and this improved my undereye enough for my concealer to work. I will be using this from time to time.

Final Thought: My box had a total value of $166.00. This box had more value than last month's and I love everything in the box. I thought the highlighter was going to be a miss for me, but it ended up work for me. I love the Tarte palette. If you want to subscribe to Ipsy, just use this link.
