First Look

The information card has a list of all the items in the Citizen and Warrior boxes, so you can choose the box that's right for you.

QuestBar Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bar I love QuestBars, at least this cookie dough version. I have been eating these after my workouts for months. I do have to change them up every so often because you can have too much of a good thing. This bar has 21 grams of protein and is legitimately good. It is soft and doesn't have that nasty whey aftertaste.

Quest Protein Cookies & Cream Flavor While I love my Shakeology shakes from Beachbody, these Quest shake packets are great to take on the go. These packets are great for flying because you can stick them easily in your carry on luggage. This has 20 grams of protein per serving.

Dr. Jekyll Prosupps These blue raspberry flavored powder packets are a great way to get your pre-workout in. You can drop these in a bottle of water and let it dissolve. I sometimes take my pre-workout straight and chase it with water. This helps give your energy throughout your workout and helps you recover too.

Quest Protein Cookie – Chocolate Chip Flavored Quest is a fantastic brand, so I was fine with getting another Quest product. This cookie is really tasty and it has 15 grams of protein, 9 grams of fiber and less than 1 gram of sugar. You would think that you would need more sugar in a cookie, but this one was really good.

Walball $19.95 This suction cups to the wall or floor to help you work out those hard to reach knots. I have a hurt shoulder and this help relieve some of the pain.

Carnivore Club Wood Smoked Buffalo Stick Jerky always disappears from boxes pretty quickly around here. This one lasted about 10 minutes before someone snatched it up. This buffalo stick only has 60 calories in the whole treat. My husband thought it had a rich taste, not too spicy and not great like other jerky treats.

Hyde Power Potion Pineapple Cooler This energy drink is designed for pre-workouts. It contains 350 mgs of caffeine, Carnitine, Teacrine, COQ10 and BCAA Aminos. It tasted great and gave me energy through my workout. The BCAA's also help your muscles recover.

Final Thought: I didn't get the total value for this box, but the Walball alone had a $20 value. I liked the assortment of snacks and snacks in the box. This would be a nice box to keep in your car for before and after your workouts. If you want to subscribe, use the coupon sboxmom to get 10% off.
