Surprz is a subscription box that sends personalized stickers for your planners, or just for fun. Subscriptions are $19.95/month. When you sign up, you fill out personalized questions about your, eye color/shape, hairstyle, skin tone, your BFF and if you have glasses.
When you subscribe, you will select the Planner Pack or the Fun Pack. Each pack of stickers, regardless of the plan, will include colorful stickers of various shapes and sizes, personalized stickers, stickers with foil accents, stickers to color and stickers with your best friend's name. The difference in plans is the Planner Pack is designed specifically for planners. Each pack contains over 90 personalized stickers.

Planner Pack
When you first pull out your stickers, everything is wrapped in white paper and sealed with a personalized sticker. The three colorful cards aren't stickers but can be put in your planners with washi tape.
Each of these stickers is a thin, velum like material with a constellation map in each sticker. Each of these also has glitter.
Each pack comes with a sheet of best friend stickers. My best friend is coming to town soon, so I have already used some of these.
These are the traditional planners that come in each pack. There are banners, blocks, emojis to add to your planner. I love the constellation blue metallic stickers the best because they are so different.
I like using these little blocks for busy days. I can write down all my appointments and check them off as I go.
I received two different banners, one to color and another in my favorite color.
You can use your personalized stickers to mark important dates or how you felt about a particular day. I like the combination of crystals and constellations.
Depending on what kind of planner you have, these stickers can be used on individual days. While my emoji is cute, I love the metallic blue quotes.
These are a larger block of the ones above. The two pink quotes are a bit harder to read. The first one says “Starry Eyes Galaxy Minds”. The second one reads “Just Imagine”.
I always use the heart-shaped stickers to mark important dates. I like these bigger stickers on the right for the margins. They are great for documenting multiple dates for the same weekend.
Clear pockets are great to use for storing memorabilia like concert tickets and even receipts. I love using these because it brings me back to my scrapbooking days.
Even though there is a pattern on the pocket, you can still see through it.
This mini pack of moon sticky notes will help you stay organized. I have always loved astronomy, so I really love these space-themed notes.
