Musclebox is a fitness subscription for men and women. Musclebox is for men and comes with shirts, supplements, shakers, protein goodies and more for $22.99/month. The Miss Musclebox also $22.99/month and comes with healthy treats, shakers, shirts and more. You also get detailed workouts in the box. There is also a protein box which is focused on protein products to support weight loss and muscle repair.

I was sent the Miss Musclebox for review. This is a past box (March 2018), but it will give you an idea of whats in the box.
First Look
There was a 20% coupon for Muscle Nation Merchandise. There was also a detailed yellow booklet full of workouts.
The workout plan is divided into four weeks and focuses on:
- Strength Training
- Isolation Training
- Plyometric Training
- Bringing it all together.
The first side gives a summary of each week.
The other side has a breakdown of each week and what exercises to do for each session.
There is a warm up at the top, then there are detailed about each session and what workouts to do. These are designed for people who go to the gym, or for people who have a workout room at home. I am starting to the gym next week since my kids will be in school. I look forward to trying out these workouts.
Mavi Bandz Headband $12.99 Mavi Bandz is a non-slip headband that is great for every day. Mavi Bandz are adjustable, so they will fit your head. I love the rainbow colors in this headband and I love that I can workout without it slipping.
Her Whey Lean Protein Bar – Cookie Dough $2.37 I love the cute name and this bar is packed with 190 calories with 20 grams of protein. This tastes great and it was a good snack when I was flying recently.
No Gii High Protein Bars $2.00 each estimate. These bars are from Elizabeth Hasselbeck's line of gluten-free foods. These bars are all natural and have 17 grams of protein. I received cocoa brownie and chocolate coconut. I like keeping bars like this on hand for a post workout
Muscle Nation Luxe Seamless Leggings $54.50 I love getting workout clothing items in subscription boxes. These are seamless leggings that are made with a moisture wicking fabric.
Ther is a thicker, more compression fabric on the butt and thighs and a thinner material on the bottom.
The waistband is a larger elastic band and it doesn't roll down while you are working out. I tried this on for my Beachbody workout this week and I was pleased with the fit.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of about $73.86. This was a fantastic box, especially for the headband and leggings. I love the detailed workout plans and that they included sets for the gym. If you want to subscribe, use the coupon FITMOM for $5.00 off.
