Surprz is a subscription box that sends personalized stickers for your planners, or just for fun. Subscriptions are $19.95/month. When you sign up, you fill out personalized questions about your, eye color/shape, hairstyle, skin tone, your BFF and if you have glasses.
When you subscribe, you will select the Planner Pack or the Fun Pack. Each pack of stickers, regardless of the plan, will include colorful stickers of various shapes and sizes, personalized stickers, stickers with foil accents, stickers to color and stickers with your best friend's name. The difference in plans is the Planner Pack is designed specifically for planners. Each pack contains over 90 personalized stickers.

Surprz ships in a colorful envelop, inside a clear envelope. I was sent the planner pack for review.
When you first pull out your stickers, everything is wrapped in white paper and sealed with a personalized sticker.
These two sheets are filled with the traditional planner stickers. There are stickers for borders, notes, bullet points, flags and more. I like the emoji stickers that just have the symbol. The foil printed word stickers are also pretty cool. These would work with a variety of planner book styles.
When you sign up, you fill out information about your best friend. You can note those special times you spend together with a personalized sticker.
One of the most unique aspects of this subscription is the emoji stickers. You customize your character when you sign up, then a variety of the stickers in your pack will feature that character.
These stickers have both my customized character and my name! The “Erin make today awesome” sticker is going to go on my journal.
This is a clear, yet colorful pocket that says “Life is a beautiful ride”. Use this to store small pieces of memorabilia, or tickets for an upcoming event.
Place these heart stickers on the sides of your planner pages to make special date nights or events with people you love.
I feel like we skipped spring and went straight to summer, but you can use these flower stickers to remind you of spring. The wreath in the middle is a little pack of sticky notes.
This is another sheet of personalized stickers and you can color these!
There were more colorful block stickers and a title sticker. I think I am going to use the title sticker to mark the beginning of a new month.
These stickers can document your mood from day to day and be used as a journaling prompt.
Depending on the type of planner you have, you can use these stickers on individual days, or on the border. You can also use them for card making.
These glitter stickers are pretty tough to see, so I pulled a sticker off. This sheet is filled with glitter stickers of all kinds of shapes.

Final Thought: The May Surpz planner pack was filled with cute and useful stickers. I enjoy receiving both the character and name personalized stickers.
