BarkBox February 2018 Review

BarkBox is a subscription box especially for your dog.  BarkBoxes contain all-natural treats and other the coolest pup products in each box contains things you can't find at the typical big-box pet store. BarkBox has their treat and toy scouts scouring the country every month for the best toys and treats that will help keep your pup happy and healthy.

Each monthly box contains a combination of 4-6 treats, toys, and occasional hygiene products that have been hand selected and approved by Scout, head product tester for BarkBox.  Boxes are $29.00/month, but if you subscribe for a year, you only pay $20.00.  Also, you can get a free box with any subscription when you use this link.

BarkBox ships in a plain brown box.

First Look. I could see there was a beach theme when I opened the box.

The theme for February is “Paradise Unleashed”.

The brochure gave information about some of the featured toys this month.

Hawaiian Duck Treats $8.00 These treats are wheat, corn and soy free.  They treats are shaped like little ducks and are made with duck, oat flour, tapioca starch, coconut glycerin, honey, pineapple, rice flour, flaxseed and coconut oil. Buddy really loved these treats and would've ate the entire bag if I had let him.

Coconut Pina Chew-lada– Heavy Chewer $12.00 This toys is just the cutest thing, a dog pina colada. This toy has stuffed with plush and has a squeaker inside.

Butcher's Block Tendon Chew $3.00 There is usually a chew in every box. This is made of USDA meat, so you know what your dog is eating. They do state on the label not to let your dog eat this on carpet, so let this be an outside treat.

Tropical Todd the Toucan $12.00 Todd is packed with stuffing and has a ball squeaker inside. I like that BarkBox toys are really stuffed and don't just flop over. The wings of this toys is filled with crinkle material, which Buddy really enjoyed.

Beast of the Feast $10.00 These treats are shaped like little pigs and are flavored with pork and apple. These treats are made with real ingredients apple, coconut and pork. These are also free from wheat, soy or corn.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $46.00. I love Bark Box toys, because they are such well made toys! The coconut drink toy was the favorite item in the box. Use this link to get a FREE box  when you buy a 6 or 12 month subscription.  A long subscription is your best value too!
