Gainz Box is a subscription box devoted to CrossFit. Boxes are $32.00/month and come with premium fitness apparel, equipment, supplements, snacks and more. When you subscribe, you will fill out a profile with your gender, clothing size and birthday. Gainz Box is a veteran owned business and they take opportunities to give back to charities. CrossFit is a high intensity workout with constant specific movements. This is the Gainz Box May 2017 Subscription Review.

First Look
The theme for July is “The Gamez Box”.
The information book unfolds to reveal all the products in the box and the retail prices.
Zevia Raspberry Lime Energy Drink $1.99 I have Zevia drinks before, they have a nice cola drink. This energy drink is zero calories and has 120 mgs of caffeine, with no sugar. You can get the pick-me-up you need, without the calories.
Shaker Bottle, Surge Pre-Workout & Super Serum Protein $34.00 The shaker bottle came in a fun hot pink color and is great for protein shakes.
The bottle comes with a metal shaker ball, which helps blend your protein shake.
The Super Serum Protein has 90 calories and 18 grams of protein. You can use this as a meal replacement, snack or a post workout treat. The Surge is a pre workout powder you mix with water, though I take a pre workout straight (no water) from time to time.
Vermont Smoke & Cure $1.99 This pork and beef stick has only 80 calories and 6 grams of protein. This is flavored with cracked pepper, which gives it just a bit of heat.
Flu War Antibacterial Gel $1.99 This looks liked one of those energy packs, but it's actually antibacterial gel! With two kids, I use this stuff all the time.
Reebok CrossFit Games Tee, Madison Edition $32.00 The clothing item for this month is a special shirt for the crossfit games in Madison, WI. I love the clothing items in my Gainz box. This is a Reebok branded item, so it's a really nice quality.
The back has the crossfit logo and Reebok branded logo.
There were various coupons in the box, along with a Trifecta gift card for $25.00. Trifecta is a meal delivery service, which starts around $150.00/week.
