TokyoTreat October 2025 “Snacktacular Halloween” Review + Coupon

Disclosure: I received this box for review. This post contains affiliate links.

TokyoTreat is a Japanese candy and treat subscription.

You can expect to find exclusive Japanese drinks, instant ramen, rare KitKat flavors, salty snacks, candy, cakes, and cookies. Each box will come with a cultural guide as well as complete details for all allergens found in the foods. Boxes are $37.50/month, and they are discounted for longer subscriptions.

I love the Halloween-themed box. Each month, the theme of the box changes.

The box is sealed with a sticker.

First Look

There is a picture of a place in Tokyo, along with a note from the editor on the back.

The box came with a colorful booklet filled with details about all the snacks inside. Each snack has a description and allergy information.

Mystery Marshmallow?

Purple Potion Gummies

These gummies have a nice texture and have that tangy grape flavor.

Tabekko Trick-or-Treat Biscuits

These look like animal crackers, but they taste more like a Club cracker. I like that the names of the animals are on each one, so there is no guessing the animal.

Creepy n' Crispy Corn Bites

These little crunchy snacks are tasty and fun to eat.

Halloween Custard Cake

The soft cake tastes like a shortcake, and it's filled with sweet vanilla pudding.

Ghoul-icious Garlic Chips

This bag is filled with these crunchy shrimp crackers. The shrimp flavor is good and not overpowering. There is a slight spicy flavor, but it's very mild.

Apple Pie KitKats

These are the best KitKats that I have ever tried. They are very sweet and taste just like apple pie. These are amazing.

Spooky Spicy Ramen

Each month comes with a new ramen to try. I haven't tried this one yet, but it's said to be spicy.

Haunted Choco Sticks

The center of this treat is a semi-crunchy stick that is coated with a covering of chocolate. The chocolate isn't as sweet as I wanted. This one wasn't a favorite for me.

Terrifying Twist Corn Bites

These tiny corn bites are flavored with curry.

Halloween Pumpkin Cracker

This crunchy cracker is flavored with pumpkin, perfect for fall.

The packing of these varies with different Pokémon characters, but the inside is the same: a sweet/buttery cookie.

Boo! Berry Pie Bites

These puff pastries are filled with cheese and blueberries. They taste like blueberry cheesecake.

Mini I-Scream Cone

This ice cream cone is topped with some “ice cream”. I saved this one for my youngest son.

Final Thought: This was a fantastic box, and it continues to impress me each month. My favorite items were the gummies, KitKat, and the Halloween custard cake. There were so many yummy treats in the box. Tokyo Treat is a great box to try, and you get several snacks for the price. If you want to try TokyoTreat, sign up on the website to get $5 off.
