I was missing the bracket + tube mount kit in my box. I reached out to Nomadik, but I haven't heard back from them at the time of this review.
Final Thought: I enjoyed the items in my box, but I was missing the bracket + tube mount kit. One of my children loves the outdoors, so these items are always used. I was disappointed that I never heard back from Nomadik about my missing item. Good customer service is essential when subscribing to a subscription.
