Essential Oils

There is a list of all the essential oils in the box. The card states if the essential oil is pregnancy-safe, safe for kids, dog-safe, or cat-safe.

Amyris

Amyris cleans, soothes skin, and boosts immunity. It's safe for kids two and up, pregnancy, dogs, and cats.

Lemongrass

Lemongrass deodorizes, cleans, and deters insects. It's safe for kids ten and up and dogs, but not safe during pregnancy or around cats.

Energy Blend

Energy cleans and energizes. It's safe for kids ten and up and during pregnancy. It's not safe around dogs or cats.

Unicorn Blend

Unicorn Blend calms and soothes emotions and centers. It's safe for kids two and during pregnancy, but not around cats and dogs.

Stickers

There is a sheet of stickers in every box to put on top of the essential oils in the box and to put on the products you make in each recipe.

Recipe Supplies

This month, Simply Earth sent foaming hand soap tablets, a round soap mold, and glycerin melt-and-pour soap. You should also keep your bonus box handy when you do each box's recipes. Those bonus ingredients will be needed.

Recipes

This month, the recipes make two different kinds of foaming soap, a bar soap, a diffuser blend, and a lotion bar.

I put the stickers on top of my essential oils first. This makes finding the essential oil you need easier when looking down in your container.

Helping Hands Foaming Soap

This soap recipe combines Amyria, Energy, and Unicorn essential oils with the soap tablet to make your own soap. You need to add the container and the distilled water. There are a couple of optional ingredients that I didn't use.

I have a reusable soap container that I used to make the soap.

I combined the soap tablet, essential oils, and distilled water to make the soap.

Sweet Lemon Oatmeal Soap

I was excited to make my own soap. You melt the glycerin melt and pour soap base then add Amyris and Lemongrass essential oils. It all goes into the mol with some oatmeal, and it's done!

I heated the glycerin too much, spilling over in my microwave. I was able to finish the soap but it doesn't look good.

Heart Balloons Diffuser Blend

You can make your own diffuser blend with a combination of all four essential oils. Just add the oils to the small diffuser bottle and add a label.

This is the finished oil, and it smells great.

Final Thought: The February box was full of useful recipes like the soaps. I enjoy making my own soap because I know exactly what's in each one.
