BuddhiBox is a green/eco-friendly subscription especially for people who love yoga and healthy living.  Boxes are $30.95/ month and are filled with 4-6 deluxe and full size yoga and healthy lifestyle products. Most of the items you will find in the box are organic and vegan.  BuddhiBox also gives back to a charity each month.

First Look

The quote for this month was “Live life as if everything is rigged in your favor. – Rumi”.

The information card has a list of everything in the box and there are symbols to indicated if the product was Vegan, Organic or Cruelty Free

The yoga pose this month is the Hanumanasana.  The back of the card gives details on how to do each pose.

Amazing Grass Green Superfood Detox Sample $3.99 I enjoy a good protein shake for breakfast from time to time.  Shakes are great for filling me up.  This has 20 grams of protein, 7 alkalizing greens and 2 serving s of fruit and veggies. It's chocolate peanut butter flavor and tasted great make into a frozen drink.

HaraHealing Detox Body Scrub $3.00 This scrub exfoliates and moisturizes your skin.  I love the smell and it's made with great ingredients like: Himalayan pink salt, sea salt, oatmeal, brown sugar, baking soda, arrowroot, sweet almond oil, essential oil and coconut oil.

Urban Mysticism Toxic Detox Aromatherapy Spray $20.00 This spray smells amazing and is a mix lavender, vanilla, and peppermint essentials, along with a few other ingredients. This spray helps detox you and help you become “clear, calm and connected”.

Budddibox -Nothing is Impossible Cuff  $25.00 This cuff is a reminder that you can achieve anything you want. The cuff looks great on and I love the message.

Lively Matcha Green Tea Sample $2.00 Green tea is really good for you, but I have never really liked it.  Green tea can help improve your memory and concentration.

May You Know Joy Seeds of Intention Cards $15.00 I was missing the cards in my box, so I used a stock photo from their website.  These cards are designed to set a new intention each day.

Smudge Stick $5.00 I was also missing the smudge stick from my box. Smudge sticks are used to cleanse and send out prayers.

There was a recipe for Lassi, a yogurt drink to help digestion.  There was also a free ebook for Perspectives Yoga-Gettin' Fierce: Steps into a Positive Mindset ($16.00)

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $98.00.  I thought it was a nice box, but it wasn't my favorite.  I was disappointed I was missing two items, especially the cards.  Buddhibox was very quick to respond to my email, which is always great.
