First Look

This box was all about making your own greeting cards.

There were instructions to make 6 different greeting cards, or you could create your own.

Bonus Craft: The bonus craft was up-cycled gift tags.

Papers There were several paint chips, metallic papers and even some pages from books included for your paper crafting.  I have never used paint chips for crafts before, but it looked fun.

Embellishments and Glue There were a few embellishments, jewels, glue and glitter in the box.  There was also a pencil and pen included.

There were 3 off white cards and 3 white cards with envelopes.  The cardstock was pretty heavy, so you don't have worry about your card collapsing with embellishments.

Happy Birthday I used Hippie Hobby's suggestion and made a birthday card.  I am always needing a birthday card, so this will come in handy.

Metallic Trees I used the metallic papers to make a Christmas Tree card.  This reminds me of the cartoon Grinch movie, and I love it.

Rainbow Trees  I choose the colored paint chips to create a fun colorful card.

Let It Snow!  I decided to create this one on my own.  I tried using my snowflake punch, but my paint chips were too thick.  I decided to use two different hole punches to make snow.   I can't decide it this is cute or if it looks like my card has a disease.

Glitter Trees I did the same rainbow tree card like before, only I added glitter.  It was a bit tricky getting an even glitter look.

Torn Tree This tree was made with torn paper and pretty embellishments.

Final Thought: I really loved this box and I thought these cards turned out really well.  I used to scrapbook all the time, so it was fun to paper craft again.  This would be a fun project for my kids to do. If you want to subscribe, you can save $7.00 on your 1st box, just use this link with the coupon BOXMOM7.
