The GlobeIn Benefit Basket is an artisan subscription box and a great box for people who love the regular GlobeIn box, but want a bit less. The Benefit Basket contains one crafted good from a remarkable, remote artisan, all in a colorful, handwoven basket from their weaving collective in Oaxaca, Mexico. You will also get story of the artisan, their community, and how you are making an impact on their lives. The Benefit Basket is $19.95/month or $56.95 for 3 months, but you can get $7.00 off your 1 box of a 3 month subscription with the code TRYBENEFIT.
The box this month was a much fancier than past boxes.

First Look. The Benefit Basket always comes with a little information guide about the items in the box, but mine was left out of the box.
GlobeIn Signature Palm Leaf Basket (Oaxaca, Mexico) $12.00 Every GlobeIn Benefit Basket comes with one of these hand-woven baskets. The regular GlobeIn subscription now has the option of substituting the woven basket for another item. I hope the Benefit Basket gets this option down the line. I do like these baskets though, they make great storage containers.
Kitenge Tote by Wildlife Works, Kenya $20.00 This tote measures 31.5 x 12.4 in and comes in a variety of colors. It's 100% cotton and made through the Wildlife Works, Wildlife Works is an organization that protects over 500,000 acres of Kenyan forest, by giving jobs to people who typically would have to cut down trees. Wildlife Works also has a free preschool of all their employees.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $32.00. I have many totes, but I always enjoy getting new ones. This month's tote is sturdy and I love that the tote was made, while protecting Kenyan forests.
