Toybox Welcome Box Review
Toybox is a new subscription box for kids 4-11. Each box is $25.00 and filled with a box of toys, all designed for the kid you has everything. Toys are selected to help develop a child's cognitive, emotional and relational connections with themselves and the world around them. The first box is a welcome box and each month after will follow a different theme.

What's in the box? Each box contains a selection of toys, designed to get kids out playing.
Toybox shipped in a plain brown box, with the logo on the back.
First Look. The welcome box had a “Celebrate the Earth” theme.
There was a welcome card with details about this month's theme.
Toysmith Solar Fossils Playset $11.33 This kit contains clay that you put in a dinosaur mold. Once the clay is dry, you can sit it in the sun and it will change colors. I personally love dinosaurs and I think my oldest if finally getting really interested in them. This looks like a really fun activity.
The back has step by step instructions.
Wooden Toppling $7.87 This is a smaller version of a popular branded game. You pull a piece from the bottom, then place on the top without knocking it over. My kids liked playing with this. After the game, my 4 year old grabbed the pieces and made a pretend railroad track.
3″ Squeeze Globe $1.00 This is a mini squeeze ball of planet Earth. It can be thrown without breaking anything and it's a good learning tool.
Toysmith Micro Flight Bug Kite $5.00 This little kite has shiny wings and can be used as a real kite. We haven't tried this yet, but my boys love playing outside, so they will enjoy trying this out.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $25.20, which is just over the cost of the box. I enjoyed the Earth theme of this box. The tower game and fossil activity were the biggest hits of the box. I would've liked one more item in the box, for an even better value. If you want to check out this box, use this link.
