First Look.

The information card broke the down the snacks based on their primary ingredients: coconut water, beef, sunflower lecithin, cacao.

The other side of the information card had a list of everything in the box, along with the protein, fat, sugar and fiber information.

JAVAPRO Protein Shake w/ Real Coffee This energy drink has 70 mgs of caffeine and 16 grams of protein.  It's made with real coffee, so I am going to give this to my husband.

Bubba's Carolina Beef Jerky (Mountain Mesquite)  This jerky is tender and sweet with a kick.  The company is owned by a disabled veteran and there is even a flosser included in the bag.

Nutrition

Square Bar Cocoa Mint This bar is made with coconut necter and free from added flavors, sugar alcohol or protein isolates.  The bar is non-gmo, gluten free and soy free.  I am hoping this tastes similar to a Thin Mint.

Nutrition

Ostrim Beef & Elk Stick This is made with real elk and it has a nice zingy spice.  This was fantastic and something I will buy again.

This is a look at the beef stick.

Coco Libre Protein Coconut Water (Chocolate) I don't care for coconut but this contains chocolate and 32 vitamins and nutrients, so I am going to try it out.

Aloha Chocolate Protein Powder  This is good stuff!  Packed with 18 grams of protein, this is a great meal replacement.  If you want to try Aloha Protein, you can get t a Free Trial of the Protein Powder Bundle, Superfood Greens, & Ultimate Tea Kit

Buff Bake protein Cookie (Frosted Oatmeal Raisin) This cookie is all natural and packed with 8 grams of protein. I am in for any excuse to eat a cookie.

Buff Bake White chocolate Protein Peanut Butter This white chocolate spread has 11 grams of protein and is great to add to fruit.  Always combine protein with fruit for maximum health benefits.

Final Thought: This was a great box and I will use everything in the box.  My diet is focused on high protein, so I am glad there is a box like this to help keep me on track.   If you want to try SumoCrate, use this link.
