Box of Happies December 2015 Review

Box of Happies sends 3-5 handmade items to your door, all designed to bring a smile to your face.  The boxes are reusable plastic boxes, so you can save them for storage around your home.  Who wouldn't want a box full of surprises, designed to make them smile?   I love Etsy and Box of Happies has combined all kinds of great items from Etsy and small businesses, into one great box.

Cost: $28.99 ($24.00 plus $4.99 shipping).

Subscription plans: 1, 2, 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions available

What's in the box? You get 3-5 hand-made items from categories: jewelry, accessories, paper goods, bath & beauty, photography, and housewares.

How am I billed? You buy only the month's you want.

When does my box ship? Your Box of Happies will be shipped out on the first of each month.  At checkout, you will select the individual months that you would like to receive your Box of Happies.  You also have the option to purchase individual “past” boxes.  The past boxes are shipped within 7 days of your online order.  If you choose a future month, you will receive your shipment within the first week of the month selected.

How do I cancel? Since you buy only the month's you want, there is no canceling.

Box of Happies ships in a padded Priority Mail Envelope.

The box itself is wrapped in bubble wrap.

Instead of a cardboard box, Box of Happies ships in a plastic box you can save and reuse.

First Look

There is an information card with a list of everything in the box and where to find the product.

Cheryl's Beaded Treasures Handmade Bracelet $10.00 I love the colored stone in this bracelet.  The clear/black and teal stones look beautiful together.  The closure/metal fasteners are made of silver, which is my metal of choice.

Gegees Bath n Body Bath Bombs $5.00 There is nothing like a warm bath to wash away your stress for the day.  These are handmade bath bombs, though I don't know the scents.  I think the one on the left is cherry and the one on the right is a soft floral scent.  They both smell nice and I will use them.

Feed the Fish Company Cupcake Toppers $4.00 It's always nice to have some party supplies on hand.  These little polka dot flags are gender neutral and would work with numerous celebrations.

HustleMama Handmade Reusable Snack Bag $5.00 This little bag has a lining, so this is easy to keep clean.  This would be great to keep in your purse or your child's backpack for school.

Box of Happies Handmade Necklace $8.00 This was put together by Box of Happies.  The necklace is silver and the charm is a little clover.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $32.00.  Box of Happies is a fantastic box for people who like products from Etsy.  I also enjoy that everything ships in a little plastic box, so you can use it to store soaps, jewelry or crafts. If you want to try Box of Happies, use this link.
