You may not be able to tell, but my box was a bit banged up during shipment.  This is not the fault of Candy German, but everything was still in the box.

First Look

Note:  I didn't take pictures of the snacks outside the package, but be sure to watch the YouTube unboxing below.

Lindt Mini Pralinés This delectable box of chocolates has 9 different varieties and a total of 20 pieces. So far we have tied the Caramel-Amande, Orangen-Marzipan, Pistazien-Marzipan, Vollmilch mit Krokant and Haselnuss-Nougat.  They have all been amazing.  The ingredients are rich and the chocolate is soft and gourmet.

Here is a list of everything in the box:

You can see what the chocolates look like on the back of the box, but again, check out the unboxing video below.

Katjes Fred Ferkel These gummies are free from gelatin (making them vegetarian) and are shaped like little pig head.  They have a foamy texture and a strawberry/cherry taste.  Fred Ferkel means Fred the piglet.  My kids love these, and so do my husband and I.

Ritter Sport Halbbitter  Ritter Sport was in previous boxes and I was happy to see it in this one.  This chocolate is made from 50% cocoa from Papua New Guinea.  It has a dark chocolate taste, but not quite as bitter as 100% cocoa.

Werther’s Original Karamell You probably recognize this brand, but these are a different version than the American version.  Milk chocolate surrounds creamy caramel.  My husband really loves these.

Milka Tender Milka, another German favorite.  This is a soft rolled pastry of chocolate dough, cream and cherries.  This is a gourmet Swiss roll with cherries.

Knoppers This crispy wafers, one third whole-wheat flour, milk, melted nougat cream filling, and roasted hazelnuts.  It tasted like a cookie version of a s'more.

Milka Crispello Vanille These are individually wrapped and are chocolate covered wafers with a vanilla cream in the center.

Check out my unboxing below for a closer look at all the treats.

Final Thought:  Once again, Candy German delivered a great assortment of chocolate and sweets.  The gummies were huge hit and the rest of the chocolate treats didn't disappoint,  The Lindt chocolate were my favorite items in the box.  You can try Candy German with this link.
