What's in the box? Every box contains a selection of low carb snacks, along with recipes, advice and information about a Keto friendly diet.

Keto Krate shipped in a fun looking box.

There was a two sided information with all the snacks and descriptions.

They also included retail values!

There were two case studies about people following a Ketogenic Diet.

There was a recipe for Bake-No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake and an article about “Why We Get Fat”.

Dixie Diners' Low Carb Blueberry Muffin Mix $9.39 This has been the best reviewed many times as the best tasting low carb baking mix.  I love blueberry muffins, so I am going to try this out, all you need to add it butter.  Net Carbs (per muffin): 4g

Braaitime Biltong Garlic and Parsley : These chewy pieces of biltong have a nice garlic flavor.  It's a very mild tasting meat and very easy to chew.  Net carbs (per serving): 1g

SparX Xylitol Candies $1.99 This candy is good for your teeth.  These little hard candies contain xylitol, which inhibits the growth of acid producing bacteria that cause cavities and tooth decay.  They flavors are blueberry, blackberry, raspberry and strawberry.  These are really good and look like the candy, Tart N Tiny.  Net carb (per serving) – 10 candies): 0g

Nick's Sticks: Beef Sticks #3.25 These beef sticks are made with grain-fed beef.  The beef comes from Nick's family farms and the meat is dye-free, nitrate-free, hormone free, sugar-free, and antibiotic-free.  I don't normally like beef sticks, but these are great! Net Carbs: 0g

B-UP Protein Bar $2.92 This protein is flavored with sugar cookies and made with premium ingredients.  This is one of the few bars that uses natural sweeteners like stevia and monk fruit. Net Carbs (per serving) 5g.

Fiber Gourmet Thinables $,99:  These taste like Cheese-Its (for the most part) and come in garlic, pizza and cheese.  These are healthier versions of Cheese Its, with less carbs.  Net carbs (per package) 7g

Explore Asian: Organic Black Bean Spaghetti $5.99 While this may not look like regular spaghetti, it is described as the closest to the real thing. Using some sauce, I think my boys will eat it. Net Carbs(per serving) 5g

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $36.51, which is over the cost of the box!  I think this is the only low carb snack subscription I have seen.  There was a nice variety of snacks and foods you can use for meals.  They also included some helpful literature to lead a healthy lifestyle.  To try Keto Krate, use this link!
