Awesome Pack July 2015 Review

Awesome Pack is a subscription box that sends fun for the whole family.  There are two different subscription boxes, a Family box and a Big Kid box.  Each box is filled with at least a board game, along with other fun activities and toys specifically picked for your family.

The Awesome Family Pack is made for families with children 15 years old and younger.  The box is filled with a family board game and activities for the whole family to do together, along with other great items.  The Big Kid Mode is for adults only or children 12 years old and older.  The Big Kid boxes are filled with a “higher quality” game, an activity and other extras.

Each box will contain items from the following categories:

When you sign up, you fill out a detailed questionnaire about what games your family has, your family composition, likes, dislikes and more.  You can even make special requests and they have a referral program.  I was excited when Awesome Pack sent me a Family Pack for review.

Awesome Pack ships in a huge box.  My box got a bit banged up during shipment, but thankfully everything was in great shape.

First Look

Since L turned 6 in July, Awesome Pack sent him a birthday card.

Awesome pack sent a magnet in the box that talked about being awesome, along with an information card.

The information guide lists everything in the box, along with a brief description.

Awesome Pack Activity Book:  Awesome Pack includes a activity book in every box, filled with games, puzzles, recipes and journaling prompts.

Discovery Garden Game $12.95: This is a seek and find treasure hunt!  Your child draws a card for the item to search for.  Then you spin a spinner to find out what panel to lift up to look.  This is for kids 3 and up, so this is something we can play as a family.

Sticky Mosaics Hidden Pictures Sea Secrets $14.00 Use the numbers on the each board, you place the appropriate color square to make a picture.  I am going to save this for my oldest as a Christmas gift, I think he will really like it.

Mega Bloks Thomas & Friends Percy Buildable Engine Toy Figure $5.99 My 3 year old loves trains and building, so this is perfect for him.  This is another item that will be saved back.

Scientific Explorer Disgusting Slime Kit $6.99  This kit lets their child make their own slime.  My boys both love slime and anything that makes gross noises.  This is perfect.

Mega Bloks SpongeBob SquarePants – Micro Action Figures Mystery Bag  $4.99 each While I am not a SpongeBob fan, my boys will like these little figures for building.  This will be good stocking stuffers at Christmas.

Final Thought: This month's box had a total value of $49.91.  I updated my profile after last month's box, and Awesome Pack really followed it. My kids will really love everything in this box.  After every box, you  will fill out a questionnaire to let Awesome Pack know how they did. Awesome Pack uses that information to make your next box even better.  If you are interested in signing, check out Awesome Pack HERE.
