FabKids May 2015 Girl Review

Introduction:  This is a special guest review from Ashlea!  She has a cute little girl and I thought it would be fun to feature some of FabKid's cute girl clothes.

I was very excited when my friend asked if I would like to review the FabKid’s clothing line. I have an almost six year old daughter who is obsessed with clothing and looking beautiful. My daughter and I looked online at the Fab Kid’s site and selected a dress. I’ll be honest. It was very difficult to select just one dress. She only wears dresses and I didn’t see too many that she would not want. The styles are super cute and seem to be a little more unique than what I see in the department stores.

The Details:

Cost: $29.95/outfit

The dress we selected was called the Fire Princess Dress. We selected it because it was a different color than what we usually buy in the store. It came with two scrunchie’s to complete the outfit. The ordering process was very simple.

The product arrived in about 3 days. The packaging had me from the moment it arrived – hot pink! I was ready to open it and see what I had gotten myself into. My first thought after removing things from the packaging was this felt like something I could have purchased at Kohl’s. Don’t get me wrong – we LOVE Kohl’s. However, I felt like I could have purchased this dress for about $15. Also, the hair ties did not match the dress and there were no other options. They sent a blue and white hair tie and a yellow hair, neither of which really went with the outfit. I’m not sure why they came as a part of the package.

Those are the only negative comments I have about the dress. My daughter loved it and said it felt good on her skin. We went outside to take a few photos and in less than 5 minutes, we have complements from the neighbors on how pretty the dress was. She said she felt like a princess and she thought the dress was beautiful. I would feel good letting her wear this to a birthday party or on a play date. It was comfortable enough to move in and have fun in, all while looking stylish. `

This is the front of the dress, so pretty for Spring and Summer.

This is a look at the back!
