We only partner with businesses that follow ethical and conscious standards of production. Most of the items we feature are organic and vegetarian.

Website: https://www.buddhiboxes.com

Buddhibox ships in two boxes.  The outer box is more plain and study.  Buddhibox ships by USPS.

Inside the box, is a smaller box with the Buddhibox logo.

First look:  The information card has a quote on top “I bow to all women.  To our strength, to our softness, to our wisdom, to our beauty” – Elana Brower.

The back of the information card features a list of everything in the box and the retail values.

Yoga Pose: Goddess Pose.  Every box comes with a featured yoga pose and directions on how to do the pose.  The Goddess Pose helps to get rid of fear, pain and anxiety.  This is a pretty easy pose and even I can do it.

There was a recipe for Blueberry Bliss Goddess Bars.  These are made with only four ingredients: coconut, blueberries, maple syrup and vanilla beans.

Amazing Grass Lemon Coconut Bar & Amazing Meal Original $6.00  Amazing Grass products contain 11 grams of whole grain protein.  My dad will love the lemon coconut bar, he loves coconut and this one is high in fiber and organic.  The Amazing Meal is a great way to pack in protein, along with fruits and vegetables.  I personally don't drink protein shakes, but I have a friend who loves them.

My Mat My Mantra Mat Sticker: $6.00  This sticker is designed to go on your yoga mat to help you stay present as you practice yoga.  I don't regularly practice yoga, so I am using this in my office.

Stinky Yogi Pranayama essential oil $12.00  This essential oil is made with peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary and lemon.  This oil is designed to help you breathe better.  My favorite way to use oil with eucalyptus, is to soak a cotton ball and put it by my pillow.  It's a great way to open up your sinuses, especially during colds or allergies.

PrAna Organic headband $10.00  I love a big wide headband for working out.  I have falling off my running wagon, and it's time to get back to it.  This headband is stretchy and soft.  You can wear it wide or cinch it for a better fit.

Toesox Casual Knee High Socks $16.00 Toe socks are pretty cool and these are so pretty.  I love wearing these around the house.  I can't get use to toe socks in shoes, but they are awesome for just lounging around.

Yogi Tea Sample:  My husband really enjoys Yogi tea and he has had these samples before.  There is a packet of Cinnamon Vanilla Healthy Skin and Skin DeTox.  There is also a $1.00 coupon on the back.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $53.00.  I thought this was another great box for people who love yoga.  I think I say this in every review, but I don't really do yoga, but I always use the products in my Buddhibox.  If you want to try BuddhiBox, click HERE and use the code buddhifriend to save $3.00 off your month to month subscription plan.
