October 2014 PetBox Review + Coupon

Disclosure: I received this box free for review

Petbox is a pet subscription box, that introduces people to fun and healthy new pet products every month. Petbox makes boxes for both cats and dogs.  Petbox is pretty unique, because Petbox lets you pick out the products you want in your box.  You are given a certain number of credits, and they you pick out what you want.  If you still like the element of surprise, you can let Petbox pick out the items for you.  Petbox also gives back to other animals.  For every Petbox purchased, a rescue animal is fed.  Petbox gives back to shelters, rescues and animal volunteers to feed hungry animals every day.  I love companies that give back.

Petbox ships near the end of the month and comes in a cute blue box.  I love the graphics on the box.

Everything is wrapped in black paper and sealed with a sticker.

My Little Lion Cat Treat Totally Tuna Recipe $2.79 These are tiny soft cat treats.  They have less than 1.3 calories.  They are corn and wheat free too.  Oliver has had these before and enjoyed these.

Wellness Kittles Chicken and Cranberries Recipe $4.99  These were Oliver's favorites.  These are little crunchy shapes, flavored with chicken and cranberries.  Oliver has a sensitive tummy, and they didn't make him sick.

Natural Balance Original Ultra Healthy Digestion: This is a pet food sample for Natural Balance.  It is for healthy digestion and is enriched with antioxidants.  Oliver tried this and really loved it.  So far his tummy is doing well, so maybe I will try it out.

Lollycadoodle Pet Toy $8.50 This is a small felt toy.  Oliver hasn't taken to this yet, but hopefully he will bat it around the basement.

CMR Joint Healthy Formula for Dogs and Cats The website for this company no longer works.  This was manufactured in March of 2013, but there is not expiration date.  I am not sure if this expires, but the fact that the company is not longer around, makes me feel uneasy.

Final Thought: I couldn't get a full retail value, as I don't know the price of tablets.  This box was a bit disappointing, because the CMR is no longer being made, and I don't know how long it is good for.  Oliver did really like the snacks this month.   If you want to try Petbox, click HERE and use the code Use the code BOXMOM20 to save 20% off your subscription.
