First Look!

Almonds to Cherries: 200 calories, 5g protein, 3g fiber: This was my favorite snack and I gave most of it to my 2 year old.  These pack a great combination of roasted almonds and tart cherries.  The almonds were so fresh and yummy.  This snack is completely gone now.

Cinn-sational 170 calories, 5g protein, and 4g fiber.  This is a mix of cinnamon spiced apples and almonds.  Again, the almonds are completely fresh and so tasty.

King Korn: 150 calories, 4g protein, and 4g fiber.  This are huge corn nuts.  These are nice and crunchy.  Corn nuts are a tougher snack to chew but these were very fresh.  They are perfectly seasoned.

Posh'stachios: 160 calories, 6g protein, 3g fiber.  I love pistachios and these are really good.  These are seasoned with herbs.  These had a pepper flavor in the herbs and they were really good.

Coconuts for You:  150 Calories, 3 g of protein, and 3 g Fiber.  This is Toasted Coconut Chia Oat Clusters.  The oats are gluten free and this snack is full of antioxidants.  I don't like coconut, so this is going to my dad, who loves coconut.

Final Thought: This was a great box.  I love healthy snacks that taste good and not like cardboard.  All the snacks were really fresh and easy to chew.  No one wants to break a tooth on a nut.  I think $12.50 a week is a great price.  This would be a great subscription to have sent to your office.  I used to go out and choose unhealthy options, when I should have ate healthier.  Nourish makes snacking healthy easy and tasty.  To try Noursh, click HERE.
