North Standard Cotton Camp Socks $12.50  These socks are made of a cotton blend and are great for hiking.  These are nice a thick for walking, but not too thick for summer.  They also make some wool socks for winter.  My husband really liked these.

Rebels Refinery Skull Lip Balm $7.99  This is the coolest lip balm container, I have ever seen.  This skull has a round ball of lip balm inside (similar to EOS).  My husband loved the skull container and enjoyed the lip balm, we received mint.

This is a look inside the container.  The lip balm is made with coconut and sweet almond oil, as well as vitamin E.  This skull is also made in hot pink!  The bottom of the lip balm is embossed with the quotation: â€œBe all my sins remember’d”- Hamlet.

Craftsman Soap Company Rough Stuff $6.50 Using only naturally derived scents and colors, this exfoliating bar soap is made with walnut shells, pumice, coffee grounds, along with natural oils and butters.  This soap is Vegan and is made with remove grease, oil, and ink from hands, while nourishing and protecting skin.  This doesn't have a strong smell, just a faint chocolate smell from the cocoa butter.

Nite Ize Gear Tie Clippable Twist Tie (Pack of 2), Lime $6.72 This gear ties can attach to zippers and other places you need a longer pull/handle.  These can also be used like a zip tie to organize cords, or small bundles of things.  I love how versatile these ties are and my husband will be sure to use them.

Tac Force TF-837C Spring Assisted Folder Knife, 4.5″ Closed  $12.87 This knife was by far my husband's favorite thing in the box. It has a spring assisted feature and measures 4.5″ closed.  It is made of stainless steel and it is pretty sharp.  My husband starting cutting down my empty boxes, as soon as we opened the box.

This is what the knife looks like closed.  It has a clip on the side, to clip to your pants, belt, or gear.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $46.58.  My husband really loved this box.  Everything in this box will be used, especially the knife.  This box is great for men and would make a fantastic father's day present.  My husband has really been impressed with this box, and he is rather hard to please.  If you are interested in subscribing to The KinderBox, use this link with the code FATHERSDAY10, to save 10% on any plan.  Note: I am having trouble applying this to the monthly plan, so I am reaching out to The KinderBox.  It does work on the Manliest Gift (one time box) and the longer term subscriptions.

  1. Angry customer, June 3, 2016:

I find it extremely aggravating that they have time and items to send out for free, when there are hundreds of people who have paid for a subscription and not received anything for 3 months! Look at their Facebook page and see for yourself. They ignore all communication and have deleted posts off of their Facebook page to try and hide the negative comments.

  2. Subscription Box Mom, June 3, 2016:

This review is from May 2015, not this year. It sounds like they may have gone out of business. Have you contacted your credit card?
