Nerd Block Jr is $13.99/month and is a fun subscription box for kids 6-11.  Every month, your child will get toys and other collectibles from their favorite tv shows, movies and more.  Just think of this as a geek and gamer/toy box for kids.   There is a box made for girls and a box for boys,  but you can get a boy box for a girl and vice versa.

The Details:

Cost: $13.99 plus $6.00 shipping

Coupon: To subscribe to Nerd Block Jr, click HERE and use the code SUPERHERO to save 10%.

What's in the box: Nerd Block Jr. is filled with toys, games, and collectibles from your kids favorite brands including Star Wars, Disney, Adventure Time, My Little Pony, Angry Birds, and many more!

When am I charged? Initially, you will be charged for your first Block at the time you register for your subscription. Then, you will be billed at the beginning of every month for that month’s subscription (January block is billed on 1 January). The monthly billing closes on the 8th of the month.
For example, if you subscribe on January 10th, that payment will be applied to February Block (remember, the closing date for January was the 8th). Your next billing will occur on March 1st for the March Block.

If you subscribe prior to the closing date for that month’s Block (you subscribe on January 7th or prior) you will be billed immediately for January’s Block and your next payment will occur February 1st for February’s Block.

The closing date can be found on the homepage (hint: it’s the countdown timer).

When does it ship?  Nerd Block Jr. is sent out at the same time as Nerd Block – approximately the 15th of every month, give or take a day. Once your Nerd Block Jr. is shipped, you'll receive an email notifying you of your tracking information!

How do I cancel? Cancelling a subscription is easy! Just email [email protected] with your name and address, and they will cancel your account. Please note that all orders must be cancelled 24-hours prior to the 1st of every month.

The girl box ships in a cute purple box.

071

Plush Kirby Keychain: This is a cute plus keychain, that is perfect for a purse or backpack.  I remember playing Kirby as a child, so this is fun to have.

073

Imps and Monsters Coloring Book by Justin Hillgrove's: This is an exclusive coloring/activity book.  There are all kinds of cute pictures to color and activities to do.  This is really cute, but not super girly.  I know my boys will like this though.

074

This is a look inside the book.

075

Wonderland Notebook: $14.95  This is 300 page blank notebook that your child can write notes or draw in.   I love the Alice in Wonderland theme.

076

This is a peek inside the book.

043

There were two Nerd Block Jr Exclusive items:  I really had no clue what was inside.

079

Cliccors: These bracelets  toys called Cliccors.  Cliccors is a brand new company, but they don't have a website yet.  These bracelets make little clicking noises as you move them.  I am surprised Cliccors is an exclusive products for Nerd Block Jr this month, so I think they are missing a great opportunity to sell their product.

UPDATE:  One of my awesome YouTube subscribers let me know, these come apart to make different shapes!

002

You just need to give these a good tug, and they come apart!

001

I made a necklace, not especially exciting, but you get the idea.

Disney Olaf Figure: This is cute little Olaf from the movie Frozen.  I have seen figures just like this in the Dollar Store.  It is cute and I am sure little girls would like it, but something more expensive would have been nice.

Final Thought: I couldn't get a total retail value of this box, because some items were exclusives the other were hard to find.  This was a cute box, but not my favorite box.  The notebook was the highest valued item in the box, and it was cute.  The Cliccors are even cooler now that I know what they do! Overall, I think Nerd Block Jr is an affordable, fun subscription for boys and girls.  If you want to try Nerd Block Jr, click here and click HERE and use the code SUPERHERO to save 10%.  Nerd Block Jr also has multi-month plans now!
