February 2015 Beauty Joy Box Review

Beauty Joy is a beauty and jewelry subscription box, that is is only $15.00/month.  Each box comes with one hand-curated Jewelry Item, one Full Size Beauty Item, and 2-3 deluxe samples.  I received Beauty Joy in November 2014, so I was excited to review them again, especially since I have heard such good things about them.

Shipping:  Shipping to the USA is free, $5.00 for Canada, $10.00 International

When do boxes ship? 15th of the month

When will I be billed? You will be billed immediately when you place your first order. All subsequent orders will be billed on the 1 ^st of the month.

How do I cancel? If you choose to cancel you can do so at any time. Simply log into your account and the cancel feature is in there.

Beauty Joy came in a little white box this month.  I actually prefer their box back in November better.

First Look

Beauty Joy included an information card with everything listed in the box and the retail price.

Alexandra de Markoff Balancing Cleanser$3.00  This cleanser is for normal to dry skin and contains rose oil to to dissolves the build-up of pore-clogging residues.  I tried this out before bed and even my husband noticed my face looking very clean.  I will note, in the over 14 years I have known my husband, this is the first time he has ever commented on my skin care or make up items.  Based on my husband alone, I am going to buy a full size of this.

Bath and Body Sunshine & Lemons Anti-Bacterial Hand Gel: $1.75  I love bath and body products and this has a nice lemon/peach scent.  The scent smells like spring and I am keeping this in my purse.

LipFusion Micro-Collagen Color Shine Lip Plumper in the color Flush (Full Size) $38.00 This gloss adds moisture to your lips and has marine collagen micro spheres that plump your lips.  I felt my lips tingle, but I didn't notice a huge change in my lips.  The lid has a mirror, although it's not practical, because you can't use it while putting on the gloss.

Silver Plated Heart Locket Necklace: $20.00 This is a beautiful silver locket that is handmade by PearlsForGirlz.  I love silver and this is a beautiful locket.

This is a close-up of the locket.  I am going to add a picture of my boys to the locket.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $62.75.  The cleanser was my favorite item in the box and I am impressed my husband noticed.  I like the gloss, but it didn't really make my lips plump.   The locket is beautiful and it something I will wear and who can't use Anti-Bacterial gel?
