Against the Grain Tuna Aubergine with Seabass & Eggplant $1.67  We received this in the November 2014 box.    This is grain and gluten free and Oliver seemed to enjoy this.  This is also free from preservatives, salt or fillers.

022

Ethical Animal Print Fishbone Teaser with Catnip Cat Toy $6.91 This is a dangly fish toy filled with catnip.  It has a nice long elastic string, so my kids will have fun play with the cat with this.

Ethical Pet Refillable Catnip Toy, Sea Creature $3.86 This dolphin toy has a velcro belly and can be filled with catnip.  The nice thing about this toy, is it is reusable.  So once you use up the catnip

026

Smart n' Tasty Cat Chicken Dental Grain Free Treats, 3-Ounce $3.99 We have received these a few times in our cat boxes.  This is some of the few treats Oliver can and will eat.  These are flavored with chicken and promotes clean teeth.

024

Wind Up Mouse $1.72  This is a fun wind up mouse for your cat to chase.  Oliver isn't a chaser, but my almost 3-year-old is having a blast playing with it.

Ethical 100-Percent Catnip Candy Mice Cat Toy, 2-Pack $5.82  These are 100% compressed catnip mice.  Oliver went nuts for these.  He loves catnip

021

Priscilla's Kitty Grass Kit $9.95 You can grow your own grass with this kit.  Once you grow the grass, it helps eliminate fur balls naturally.  Here is the thing, I am not sure what the “naturally” means.  Are they going to pass through or is Oliver going to be sick.  I need to look into this a bit more before I let Oliver have it.

Final Thought: This box had a total retail value of $33.92.  I thought this was a fun box and I was happy to get so many cat toys.  Oliver loves toys in his boxes the best.  I am really interested in this cat grass.  I am going to do some further research and find out more how it works.  You can use the code BOXMOM20 to save 20% off your subscription.

  1. Colonel Cromwell, March 11, 2015:

Regarding the fur balls… Priscilla’s Pet Grass won’t get rid of a fur ball that has already formed, but if your kitty eats this grass on a regular basis, it will help pull the hair thru their digestive system, not allowing a ball to form. Therefore your kitty will ‘naturally’ pass the fur through its system. You can read more about fur ball remedies here: http://www.priscillaspetproducts.com/its-a-hairball-cat-grass-to-the-rescue/
