Benitos

Benitos

Benitos:  I have had these before in other boxes and I really like them.  They are better with salsa, but my 23 month old and I just ate these right out of the bag.

Back to Nature Honey Graham Sticks

Back to Nature Honey Graham Sticks

Back to Nature Honey Graham Sticks: These are so good.  I usually eat Graham cracker brand crackers but these are fantastic.  My whole family loved them and I have to get more.  These are free from artificial preservatives, flavors and colors.

Mario Camacho Snack Olives

Mario Camacho Snack Olives

Mario Camacho Snack Olives: These have all the flavor without the brine.  These are gluten free Olives with added garlic.  C normally likes garlic, but he said these had a bad after taste.  I don't like olives, so I didn't try them.  I convinced my 4 year old to try them, but he hated them.  These didn't work for my family.

Emily's Dark Chocolate Covered Blueberries

Emily's Dark Chocolate Covered Blueberries

Emily's Dark Chocolate Covered Blueberries: These are real whole dried fruit covered in chocolate,  I love blueberries, but only fresh and by themselves.  I don't like chocolate covered fruit, so these aren't my cup of tea.  C thought these were okay and I wasn't a big fan.

Gavottes Dark Chocolate Crepe Dentelle

Gavottes Dark Chocolate Crepe Dentelle

Gavottes Dark Chocolate Crepe Dentelle: Crepe dentelle is a light and crispy outer shell and these are fully covered in rich, dark French chocolate. Light and flavorful, these French cookies will melt in your mouth. Perfect with a cup of coffee or tea, aside a scoop of ice cream or right out of the box!  I am the only one in my family who likes these.  I actually really love them.  They are dark chocolate and have a flaky, crispy inside.  So tasty.

TCHO PureNotes Dark "Chocolatey"

TCHO PureNotes Dark “Chocolatey”

TCHO PureNotes Dark “Chocolatey”: This has a rich, intensely fudge-like flavor with hints of roasted malt and caramel.  These are pretty tasty too.  They have a strong chocolate taste and are best with a glass of cold milk.

Biscotti di Suzy Chocolate Chip Biscotti

Biscotti di Suzy Chocolate Chip Biscotti

Biscotti di Suzy Chocolate Chip Biscotti Indulge in this Italian biscotti with a gentle crunch, and taste the real butter, dark chocolate chips and other premium ingredients with every bite.  I normally don't like Biscotti, but this is really good.  It wasn't too dry and it had a great flavor.

Love with Food Clip

Love with Food Clip

Love with Food Clip:  Love with Food threw in a bonus clip.  This is nice for bags of chips.

Final Thought: Overall this was an okay box for me.  The Benitos were really good and I really liked the biscotti.  My favorite item was the Graham crackers.  I didn't care for the blueberries, or the olives. The other pieces of chocolate were nice, but I am not crazy about chocolate.  I hope next month includes more salty snacks.  Click HERE and use the code YUMMY to get your first box free (just pay $2.00 shipping).

  1. Lana, March 3, 2014:

I am in the market for a new granola bar, so I am thinking of subscribing to this box… Do you think this is a good way to find one? I just hate spending too much time in the supermarket, you know?

  2. Subscription Box Mom, March 3, 2014:

They do send a variety of foods. I can’t recall how many granola bars have been in my past boxes, but there have been some. For $10.00 a month, I think it is a great way to find new foods.
