The back of the information card had all the calorie and ingredient information.

scrumptious blueberry swirl blueberry yogurt raisins, raspberry infused cranberries and blackcurrants

Taste test:  My boys really loved this, especially the yogurt pieces.  This snack counts as a serving of fruit.

IMG_1525

pomodoro rustichella mini tomato breadstick, cheddar cheese croutons and tomato, basil and oregano almonds

Taste Test: This was really tasty. It was really crunchy and had a cheesy taste.  My 5 year old took all the bread looking pieces.  This is a good source of protein and only 120 calories.

IMG_1521 jalapeno fiesta jalapeno peanuts, roasted sunflower seeds, salsa mesquite almonds and roasted pumpkin seeds

Taste Test:  This was okay but I didn't love this.  I like spicy foods, but not really in crunch snack form.   This is a good source of protein and at least two vitamins and minerals.

IMG_1520

lightly toasted pistachios roasted pistachios with a touch of salt

Taste Test:  This is only 100 calories and they were very fresh.  These have only 100 calories and I could eat a whole box of these.

Final Thought: This was a great box and it was something my whole family enjoys.  I like that all the snacks are individually packaged.  This makes the snacks easy to travel with on planes, diaper bags, etc.  If you want to try Graze, click HERE and get your first and 5th boxes free
